While most people think of resort vacation getaways to avoid the cooling weather conditions, consider embracing the season and tour wine regions instead. You don't have to shell out the money for an international visit to the famous French and Italian wine regions either. Places in the United States, such as Napa Valley, California, are just as well noted for their wine.
Try someplace unexpected for your wine getaway, rent a Long Island property and enjoy the local wineries, enjoy a wine festival and take in the coast. A vacation like this is perfect to enjoy with your family or closest friends.
For any wine enthusiast, share your love for great wine with your friends. Host a wine tasting party and feature wines from a certain winery or from different regions. With not much more needed than great friends, tasty snacks and delicious wines, you can be enjoying the change of the seasons which much more fervor than you thought!
